Justice Vox provides automated debt collection license verification for Arizona. For a flat fee, we check whether the debt collector contacting you is licensed to operate in the state of Arizona and deliver the result via email.

We do not offer legal representation or legal advice.

3. No Legal Advice

The content and services provided by Justice Vox are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on our site should be interpreted as legal advice. You should consult a licensed attorney for legal matters or disputes.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Each verification costs $10 USD, paid through PayPal prior to service delivery.
     

  • No refunds are offered once the order is placed, even if the result is not what you expected.
     

  • Results are delivered by email after automated processing with human oversight.
     

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform.
     

  • Impersonating others or submitting false information.
     

  • Circumventing payment or using the service for automated bulk checks.
     

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Justice Vox provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for:

  • Legal or financial outcomes resulting from your reliance on the verification result.
     

  • Any decisions made based on our service.
     

  • Delays or interruptions in service.
     

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justice Vox, its officers, affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and documentation on this site are the exclusive property of Justice Vox and may not be copied, resold, or repurposed without our written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. All disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Arizona, unless subject to arbitration below.

11. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

By using our services, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You also waive your right to participate in any class action against Justice Vox.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Justice Vox does not collect personal data through its Facebook integration beyond what users publicly submit via comments or page interactions.

If you wish to request deletion of such data:

Send an email to: admin@isiahmanzo.com
Subject line: “Facebook Data Deletion Request”
Include:

  • Your full name
     

  • A link to your Facebook profile
     

  • A description of what data you want removed
     

We will respond within 7 business days and delete any data per Facebook’s guidelines.
